2022 NOMINATION PAPERS
Are you willing to sign and circulate nomination papers for my 2022 Wisconsin State Assembly campaign?
My goal is to gather 2,000 nomination signatures, and I hope that I can count on your help to circulate my nomination papers to ensure my name will appear on the ballot. The rules for filling out nomination papers are simple:
Electors who sign my nomination papers must be residents of our district who are 18 or older and eligible to vote. Please ensure all signers use their full name, residential address, municipality of residence for voting purposes (no business addresses or P.O. Boxes) and check the municipality box. Keep in mind that their municipality of residence for voting purposes might be different than their mailing municipality. You don't need to fill the page with signatures, even one signature helps.
Before returning my nomination papers, please make sure the circulator signs and fills out the Certification of Circulator section at the bottom of the nomination paper. This should be done after the signatures on the paper are all collected. Make sure the circulator includes their municipality for voting purposes when they fill in their address in the Circulator section as well.
Hard copies, with original signatures need to be turned into the Wisconsin Elections Commission in order to appear on the ballot. To return the nomination papers please mail them to the following address:

Thank you for your help!
